dijon dill salmon

i pinned this forever ago and i've been thinking about it ever since.
i wanted to throw my own spin on it though b/c to be honest i have no clue what herbs de provence are.  am i alone?! i guess this is why i don't have an official food blog, b/c i don't use a ton of measurements and i don't have any idea what herbs de provence are...

You Need:
2 salmon filets
4 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 tsp dill
1 tsp old bay

Mix the mustard, vinegar, dill & old bay. Spread it on one side of your salmon, place the "flavored side" down on the grill then spread the remaining mixture on the other side. Cook 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Done, delicious, easy easy. Enjoy!

p.s. paired this with another one of my potato foil packs - just olive oil, thyme, s&p, make your foil pouch and throw it on the grill, mmmmmm!

  1. YUM!
I have a recipe I like to do that is similar to this. Well kind of I guess. LOL
I squeeze lemon on the salmon *cover* it with dill and onions, bit of pepper and then cook. It's sooooo good. I want to try this one. I love dill and mustard!
