Max's Easter party was today so I had to make treats for all his little buddies. I saw this idea on Pinterest a while ago and knew I had to make it. So make it I did. They turned out so cute and I'm sure the kids will love 'em. The parents too, because there's nothing like an ooey, gooey, messy treat for 2 year olds. They'll thank me someday for my cute little treats. Maybe not today though. Especially after the blue sugar from the peepers gets on something important. The couch, the cat, Mom's new shirt? Whatev, I'm stoked about them.

"For My Favorite Peeps!
Assemble s'more, microwave 10-15 sec until nice n' gooey!
HAPPY EASTER!!!"
Is that cute or what?! I would have loved to package these a little nicer, but I was on a time crunch. I didn't even realize until this morning there would be an Easter party for makin' treats. It would have been nice to have a nice cellophane bag and some Easter grass in the bottom. But they're cute all the same and I don't think the kids care about the packaging or Easter grass. Maybe the parents WILL thank me for no Easter grass, now that crap is a pain. Way more of a pain than a bright blue stain on your couch!
HAPPY EASTER to my FAVORITE PEEPS :)

Oh, that's adorable!! Easter just kind of snuck up on me this year. I feel terrible, but I sent my kids to school this morning with store bought cookies! *gasp* The horror!! lol I usually like to do something all cute and SAHM-ish even though I'm not. lol
ReplyDeleteWell if it makes you feel any better this is the only Easter thing I've done so far, it snuck up on me too! Yeah I'm a SAHM mom at heart, but definitely not in reality, gotta make that $ :)
DeleteSuch a cute idea!!
ReplyDeleteThanks, I know, isn't it?! Too bad I can't take credit for the great idea - I do think I executed it well though! :)
