first, boil some water and put it in your pitcher with the tea bag. let that steep for a few minutes. then add in the cranberry & lemon. voila!
basically you drink this throughout your day. you can still have your coffee too, score. but after that try to just drink water or at least don't drink anything with artificial sweeteners. do it for 7 days.
the verdict as of day 4:
it tastes good! kind of just tastes like lemon water. i can't really taste the dandelion root, maybe just a hint (just tastes a little earthy). i can't taste any cranberry though. i find it pretty pleasant and not at all hard to drink. i'm actually starting to really like it, it's a nice switch up from my normal water. i haven't weighed myself, so whether or not i've actually lost any water weight is TBD!
