not your average corn on the cob

Want to impress your next BBQ guests??  This'll do it!  I'm not a huge corn on the cob fan , I just hate how it gets stuck in my teeth and seems like such a pain to eat.  But, it's fun once in a while, so I decided to jazz things up, and I think I like it better now!

You Need:
ears of corn(however many you need)
butter(I used land o lakes, light)
cilantro
cayenne pepper
old bay
lime juice
parmesan cheese

Lay down sheets of aluminum foil(one for each ear of corn).  Lay down your corn cob and cover each ear with three pats of butter.  Next your do your spices.  I did one with cilantro, cayenne and lime juice, one with just old bay and one with parmesan cheese.  You can go crazy here and use whatever spices you like in whatever combo you like.  Once you're done "dressing" your ears wrap them in foil and put them on the grill over medium heat for 20ish minutes or until tender.  I flipped mine quite a bit to prevent any burning.  The combos we did were amazing and we loved 'em.  So much that I gobbled them up before I took their stunning after photos.  But here are the befores, and just trust me, they looked and tasted pretty darn impressive.  Well, for corn on the cob that is!
