caprese panini

this one is sooo so good. all melty and yummy. gooey fresh mozz, hearty bread, savory pesto.  y u m .  

  you need: 1 loaf ciabatta bread, sliced & halved 1 jar store bought pesto 2 large tomatoes, sliced 1 pkg fresh mozzarella balsamic vinegar or dressing       schmear pesto on both pieces of bread.  layer tomatoes and mozzarella, drizzle with balsamic. close your sandwich & press. hellooooo gooey goodness.
