Asian Chicken Meatballs w/ Lime Sesame Dipping Sauce

I originally saw this recipe here, then saw it again here.  Seeing a recipe twice makes me think it's fate that I make it.  Maybe it was, because not only did I love it, but Josh did too.  Now that's something special.  My recipe is slightly different than the original, just an FYI.

You Need:
Meatballs --
1/3 cup panko crumbs
1 lb ground chicken
1 egg
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 fresh cilantro, chopped
3 scallions, chopped
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil

Dipping Sauce --
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp water
juice of half a lime(i'd use the whole lime next time)
1 scallion, chopped
place all your meatball ingredients in a mixing bowl and with your hands(gotta get dirty for good meatballs ladies!) combine all ingredients.
form 1/4 cup-ish size balls and place on a foil lined baking sheet.  the only reason for the foil is for easy cleanup, i do this all the time.  put these in an oven preheated to 500 and bake for 15 mins.
while your meatballs are cooking, combine all of the ingredients for your dipping sauce and mix.
these were amazing.  and don't they look gorgeous too?!
