things i love thursday. it'ssssssss back! to be honest, there's not much i'm loving today. i have strep throat, i'm not feeling totally amazing. thankfully i compiled my list of things i loved before sickness set in!  

these things are delicious!  i got them for max, but i won't lie, i've found myself digging into the box for a late night snack.  they're super cheesy and made w/ all good stuff.

mmmm, SO delicious.  had this stuff on some pretzels sticks and i was in heaven.  i love the slight cinnamon flavor and the raisin chunks.

i got these reusable zip ties from pampered chef a long time ago and never used them.  now i can't stop.  they're the perfect thing for containing all those crazy cords!

 

these are my favorite as of yesterday -- i'm not really eating "real" chewable food lately b/c my throat is that sore.  i'm a big eating person, i typically never drink my meals, i like to chew.  but when there's no other choice these are quite tasty and super easy.

it's time for the goods of the week! 

and it's almost friday, so hooray for that.

i never had hard cider.  in fact, i never knew it even existed.  well now i do, and let's just say i'm happy about it.  uhh - YUM yum yum.

i've tried my share of ryvita and wasa crackers and flat breads.  they leave a lot to be desired.  well these are a whole other story.  light, airy, crispy andddd delicious.  perfect for sweet or savory toppings!

dark chocolate covered coffee beans.  you had me at dark chocolate.  then again at coffee.  and together, i'm in heaven.

max's new shoes - en route as we speak.  seriously, how cute?  and on sale at zappos.

and that's all she wrote.  sorry the list is a tad wimpy this week.  forgive me, and go drink some hard cider and forget all about it.

this week's round up

things i love thursday, yes it's that time again. which means it's soon friday for all you suckers out there. yesterday was my friday - as you read this i'm en route to the beach. last time for this year, it's bitter sweet.  love the beach, but i'm definitely ready for fall stuff and actually spending weekends in the comfort of my own home.   here's the round up this week...     i can't get over how good this stuff is.  i really can't.  and the more things i eat it on, the more impressed i become.  i just ate it on a square of TJ's dark chocolate and my mind was nearly blown.   forever 21 stretch skinnies in gray.  these jeans were only $10.80 - yes, you read that right.  and they're comfy.  AND they fit great, slightly stretchy but still keep a nice denim form.  and honestly, any jeans for $10.80 deserve to make the list just for that. (they actually have a bunch of jeans for super cheap - go see..)   book is hilarious.  period.     these freakin' ecards not only crack me up, but they're addicting as hell.  i can't. stop. pinning. them.    

horrible picture, i realize that.  swan creek candle co.  vanilla cotton - amazing.  it's sweet, yet fresh.  perfect combo.  leaves my house smelling clean & cozy. 

         

things i love thursday

it's thursday - woot woot!  yepp, i did just say that. just ignore it.      got some goodies today!   OH.  EM.  GEE. i can't tell you how amazing this stuff smells.  i've been spraying it nonstop since i bought it.   my box last month wasn't much to write home about (which is why you didn't hear about it), but this month.  totally redeemed, i am SO excited about it and don't worry you will hear all about that very soon.   i've been taking these little guys for a while now.  love 'em.  they taste good and don't give me and upset stomach if i haven't eaten.    got this in my love with food box and already it's making the things i love list, so you know it's good.  these are like tea bags but coffee.  oh, and this chocolate variety is like hot chocolate - and coffee.  totally rich, but not overpowering.  perfect.   yepp, sons of anarchy has begun.  if you haven't watched it and think it's some strange violent biker show.  well it is, but it isn't.  it's so good, and i'm not a biker babe, trust me.  oh, and the main character jax teller?  umm, hot.   yes, another hot beverage - it's almost fall, get used to this kinda talk!  this stuff is one of my all time favorite hot drinkies.  perfect amount of chai and vanilla.  not too strong, but enough.  perfect with a spoonful of honey.   

i just tried apple butter for the first time in my life last year and i fell head over heels in love with the stuff.  thankfully i have a local orchard close by and can go by their fresh, homemade apple butter.  totally natural, totally yum.  oh and their cider?  that deserves a things i love post all it's own.

tilt

it's tilt time.  what, you ask? things i love thursday.  duh.  

ya know when people say, and last but not least.  well this, my friends, is first because it's the most amazing thing i've come across as of late.  i found this at the beach in a cute little shop and walked away without it.  days later i was still thinking about how amazing it smelled, so i called the store adn they graciously shipped it to me.  i. am. so. in. love.

this is nothing spectacular - BUT, for all of my lazy friends out there (holla!), this one's for you.  i'm sorry, but i'm too lazy to separate eggs and also too cheap to waste all my yolks!

i love arnold brand bread.  there aren't a ton of ingredients in the list, which is great. i've been doing the clean eating thing, and eating "clean" bread too.  but it leaves a little to be desired.  it's not as soft and fluffy and regular bread.  so this, for now, is my happy medium.  it's super soft and fluffy, tastes amazing and is low in calories.

rex goliath red zinfandel - fall calls for red wine, and this stuff is aaaamaze.  not only do i love it, but my wallet does too.  it's under $10, and that is something special.  well not really, but i rarely spend more than $10-$15 on wine, maybe it's because i drink so much of the stuff.  or maybe i'm cheap.  who knows, but what i do know is that cheap wine doesn't have to be cheap wine.  stuff tastes good i tell ya!

this app has saved my life.  or sanity.  maybe both.  ever been in the car and a song comes on and for the life of you, you can't think of the name of it or who sings it.  happens to me all the time.  and i always try to remember it and sing it to the next person i see so they can lead me to the name.  but then i forget, and drive myself crazy over it.  well all you have to do is "click to shazam" and it tells you the song, and then also give you the option to buy it in itunes.  thank you music gods!

things i love.

i'm thinking of making this a weekly thing. things i love thursday. i always have something new i'm loving.  i love switching things up, trying new things. so for now, i'm doing it.  until i run out of "things i love".  which isn't likely.   this stuff is so good.  it's by far the best peanut butter i've ever had.  not only is it delicious, but it only has three ingredients:  valencia peanuts, flax seeds and sea salt.  i can't put into words how delicious it is.   ever since summer hit my face is breaking out so bad.  actually it's not that bad.  but it was pimple free for so long, so i was devastated.  i went to cvs the other night and found this, i have to admit the free brush sold me (i'm such a sucker..).  thankfully though, it's amazing.  my face is (i swear) already cleared up and feels SO smooth.  now if only it could prevent the oil slicks that park themselves on my T zone every afternoon.

  the engagement ring my husband just gave me for my birthday/anniversary.  ya see, when we first got engaged, we had no money and got married pretty quick (2 months later!), so we got a family heirloom reset as my engagement ring.  i do love that ring, and it will always hold a special place in my heart.  but he knows what i love, and an antique art deco diamond ring is just that.  it's perfect.   this stuff is fall in a bag (and we all know i can't wait for fall).  it's perfectly spiced.  i like mine with a spoonful of honey.  yum!   do not let the name fool you.  everyone things yoga is easy.  this is not easy.  it kicked my butt.  i'm talking legs shaking, arms shaking, sweating kicked my butt.  and i'm only on level 1! i bought this book with some birthday money and let me just say it's worth every single penny.  the recipes are not only healthy, but easy.  no mile long ingredient lists in this one.  i was drooling just reading it! that'll be all for this week, happy thursday!
