Best Crock Pot Recipe.. Ever.

Okay, I've found it.  The best crock pot recipe ever.  I've been through my share of highs and lows when it comes to the crock pot.  I thought this recipe sounded great, but it shot my expectations out of the water.  There are lots o f crock pot meals that are good, but this one is great.  It's my new favorite and as of now, it's by far the best.
it might not look like anything that spectacular - just trust me on this one.
Since I'm such a nice person, I'll share!
You Need:
1 beef roast, I used a chuck
16 oz jar pepperoncini peppers, I used mild

His new BFF.
Place meat in crock pot.  Put peppers in crock pot.  Turn on low for 8 hours.

I ate mine nestled in a big 'ol pile of mashed potatoes.  To. Die. For...
I really hope you all make this ASAP.  You'll love it, guaranteed.
FYI for people with kids -- this isn't spicy!  The heat from the pepperoncinis cooks off and it ends up having just a vinegar-y taste to it.  If you want spice try using the hot pepperoncinis instead.
